High performance spectrometer for visible-light OCT

Blizzard SR was designed to meet critical performance requirements for high quality vis-OCT imaging research, currently unmet by commercially available spectrometers. In collaboration with Prof. Hao F. Zhang, a founding pioneer of vis-OCT, Opticent Health has designed a best-in-class spectrometer with superior roll-off performance, high signal-to-noise ratio and ideal point spread function. Blizzard SR will empower researchers to fully realize the benefits of vis-OCT imaging, including better resolution of anatomical structures and improved homogeneity of spectra quality over different imaging depths to provide accurate functional information.
